Who Rules Architecture?

Architecture is a complex process influenced by interrelated factors such as building codes, economic considerations, and the system of competitions. At the core of architectural practice is the collaboration between diverse stakeholders including clients, developers, investors, administrations, and multidisciplinary teams of professionals. Today, this notion of cocreation is expanding as members of local communities are increasingly encouraged to play active roles in the design and construction of the architectural projects that serve their neighborhoods.
