The Biennale’s Coming Home! The HomeGrown Plus 2026 Venice Fellows are bringing the Venice Art Biennale back to London on Friday 23rd October 6pm at Roca Gallery! This showcase event will be a great opportunity to hear from our Fellows, Jelena Sofronijevic and Tara Okeke about their experiences in Venice during their creative residency months. They’ll be joined by amazing guest panellists and speakers hosted by HG+ Partnerships Manager, Emily Foster, talking all things Venice, Art (and Architecture!) Biennales and the importance of travel opportunities for emerging creatives from non-traditional backgrounds. Sevra Davis, Director of Architecture, Design and Fashion at the British Council Owen Hopkins, Co-curator of the 2025 British Pavilion Dr Kathryn Yusoff, Co-curator of the 2025 British Pavilion Marie Chamillard, Director of Alan Davidson Foundation Damion Burrows, Managing Director of DMBA and TV Presenter There’ll also be a chance for the audience to ask questions at the end of the panel discussion!
