Black Females in Architecture (BFA), in partnership with Roca London Gallery, invites you to an evening Interview Skill Workshop designed to support students, graduates and early-career professionals in strengthening their job applications and learning directly from women working in the built environment.
As part of BFA’s structured professional development programme delivered over 12 months for professionals, early-career individuals and students, this practical session will take place on Thursday 2nd July 2026 from 6:30pm.
Tailored to architectural recruitment, the workshop will feature mock interviews with architects, HR representatives, and recruiters. The session explores studio culture, professional expectations, and confidence-building strategies for crit-style interviews.
Event Schedule
6:30pm – Arrival & Welcome Informal arrival, introductions and overview of the evening.
7:00pm – Interview Practice Small-group sessions with professional reviewers. Attendees will receive feedback on interview skills and have the chance to ask questions in a supportive setting.
8:00pm – Networking & Close Opportunity to continue conversations, meet other attendees and connect with the BFA network.
This event is open to students, graduates, and anyone interested in developing their career in architecture and the built environment.
