The Magazine takes up what architects and designers are working on and thinking about today - how architecture is designed, built and experienced. It looks beyond the object: it asks what architecture and design mean for culture, behaviour and society. Through Articles, Conversations, Projects, Special Features and Videos, it shares their perspectives in their own words.

The Magazine is organized around six interconnected areas: Typologies & Ways of Living; Building Systems & Construction; Environment & Resources; Cities & Urban Futures; Design, Culture & Theory; and, Well-being through Design.
These areas examine the social, cultural, environmental and technological forces transforming the built environment. Special Features — linked to design weeks and key dates in the architecture calendar — bring new ideas and current challenges into the conversation.
